ข้อมูลเทคนิคและความปลอดภัย
- บริการ backend และระบบเข้าสู่ระบบอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลทางเทคนิค เช่น IP address, device/browser information, request logs และข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้ระบบทำงาน ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ และตรวจสอบปัญหา
- หากมีการเพิ่ม analytics, crash reporting หรือ SDK ภายนอกในอนาคต เราจะปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้และข้อมูลใน store listing ให้สอดคล้องกับการใช้งานจริง
สิทธิ์บนอุปกรณ์
- รูปภาพ: ใช้เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกภาพสัตว์เลี้ยง บันทึกภาพสมุดพก หรือแนบรูปหลักฐาน
- การแจ้งเตือน: ใช้สำหรับเตือนวัคซีน ยา นัดหมาย หรืองานดูแลที่คุณบันทึกไว้
- อินเทอร์เน็ต: ใช้เชื่อมต่อระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ ฐานข้อมูล รูปภาพ และลิงก์ภายนอก
เราใช้และแชร์ข้อมูลอย่างไร
เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อให้ฟีเจอร์หลักของ myPetbook ทำงานได้ เช่น
- แสดงสมุดสุขภาพสัตว์เลี้ยงและประวัติการดูแล
- สร้างปฏิทิน แจ้งเตือน และรายการที่ควรดูแล
- ทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายและสรุปข้อมูลสุขภาพ
- ให้คุณแชร์ข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยงกับผู้ดูแลร่วมที่คุณเชิญ
- แก้ปัญหา ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ และปรับปรุงความเสถียรของแอป
myPetbook ใช้ Supabase เป็นผู้ให้บริการ backend และจัดเก็บข้อมูล รูปภาพถูกเก็บแบบ private storage และแสดงผ่านลิงก์ที่มีอายุจำกัดเมื่อจำเป็นต้องแสดงในแอป
แท็บช้อปอาจเปิดลิงก์ Shopee affiliate เมื่อคุณกดสินค้า หลังจากออกจากแอปแล้ว การใช้งานจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของ Shopee
ข้อมูลสำหรับ Apple App Store และ Google Play

ข้อมูลหรือสิทธิ์ที่แอปไม่ได้ใช้ในฟีเจอร์ปัจจุบัน
myPetbook ไม่ขอสิทธิ์ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ไมโครโฟน กล้อง HealthKit หรือ HomeKit ในฟีเจอร์ปัจจุบัน หากฟีเจอร์ในอนาคตต้องใช้สิทธิ์เพิ่มเติม เราจะขออนุญาตจากคุณและปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ให้ตรงกับการใช้งานจริง
Tracking และ advertising
myPetbook ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อติดตามข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทอื่นเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แอปไม่ได้ใช้ Apple IDFA หรือ advertising SDK เพื่อทำ cross-app tracking ในฟีเจอร์ปัจจุบัน
ลิงก์ Shopee affiliate จะเปิดบริการภายนอกเมื่อคุณแตะสินค้า การใช้งานหลังออกจากแอปอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายและการตั้งค่าของบริการนั้น
Sign in with Apple และ Google sign-in
หากคุณเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple หรือ Google เราจะรับเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการสร้างและยืนยันบัญชีใน myPetbook เช่น user identifier, email address และข้อมูลโปรไฟล์พื้นฐานที่ผู้ให้บริการส่งกลับมา เราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงรหัสผ่านบัญชี Apple หรือ Google ของคุณ
ความปลอดภัย การเก็บรักษา และการลบข้อมูล

การลบบัญชีและการถอนความยินยอม
คุณสามารถเริ่มคำขอลบบัญชีได้จากในแอป โดยไปที่เมนู “เมนู” แล้วเลือก “ขอลบบัญชี” หากไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบได้ ให้ส่งคำขอลบบัญชีทางอีเมลจากอีเมลเดียวกับบัญชี myPetbook ของคุณ
คุณสามารถถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงรูปภาพหรือการแจ้งเตือนได้จาก Settings ของอุปกรณ์ เมื่อถอนสิทธิ์แล้ว ฟีเจอร์ที่ต้องใช้สิทธิ์นั้นอาจทำงานไม่ได้จนกว่าจะอนุญาตอีกครั้ง
เด็กและครอบครัว
myPetbook ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากคุณเชื่อว่ามีเด็กส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้เราโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง โปรดติดต่อเราเพื่อให้ตรวจสอบและลบข้อมูลตามความเหมาะสม

This Privacy Policy explains how myPetbook by cmdpaw accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use the myPetbook mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and authentication profile returned by Google or Apple if you choose those sign-in methods.
- Pet and care data you enter, including pet profiles, homes, weight logs, vaccine and medication records, appointments, care tasks, diary notes, treatment records, expenses, and uploaded photos.
- Sharing information when you invite another caregiver, such as the invited email address and related permissions.
- Device permissions that you grant, such as photo library access for uploads or exports and notification permission for local reminders.
- Technical service data processed by our backend providers, such as IP address, device or browser information, request logs, and security events for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use your information to provide myPetbook features: pet health records, reminders, reports, care calendars, image uploads, account sign-in, household co-care, and support. We do not sell your personal data.
App Store privacy summary
Data that may be linked to you can include contact information, identifiers, user-generated pet and health records, uploaded photos, caregiver sharing information, expense records that you enter, and technical service logs. myPetbook does not use Apple IDFA, advertising SDKs, or your data for cross-app tracking in the current app features.
Sharing and service providers
myPetbook uses Supabase to provide authentication, database, and private storage services. If you share a pet with another caregiver in the app, that caregiver can access the shared pet data according to the permissions you grant. Shopping links may open Shopee affiliate links outside the app, where Shopee's own policies apply.
Security, retention, and deletion
Access to app data is restricted by account permissions and row-level security. Uploaded photos are stored privately and displayed through time-limited signed links when needed. We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with applicable obligations.
You can edit or delete many records in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, open the myPetbook app, go to More, and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email support@cmdpaw.com from the email address associated with your myPetbook account. You can also revoke photo or notification permissions in your device settings.
Children
myPetbook is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
